Emulsified asphalt mainly contains asphalt, water, emulsifier and stabilizer.
The emulsified asphalt heats the viscous asphalt to a flowing state, and then through mechanical action such as stirring, shearing and high-speed centrifugation, the asphalt forms fine particles, and in this state, it is uniformly dispersed in water containing stabilizers, emulsifiers and other additives. It forms an oil-in-water asphalt emulsion, which is dark brown in appearance and has good fluidity at room temperature.
The water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture is formulated with emulsified asphalt as the base material and the mixed emulsion of epoxy resin, curing agent and epoxy resin modifier as the modifier in a certain proportion.
The overall network structure has a strong ability to resist external force damage; the solid epoxy resin cross-linked network improves the durability of the modified emulsified asphalt; the water-based epoxy resin emulsified lake green has strong bonding strength; at the same time, the intact cross-linking The network ensures its good high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance.
